4tori peel off and cut into pieces
2chopped tomatoes
a small pieceginger chopped
2-3green chilli chopped
as neededoil for cooking
1 tspjeera / cumin
1 tspajwain / carom
to tastesalt
small spoonred chilli powder
1 tspturmeric powder

Steps

Take a vessel put oil heat it now add jeera than ajwain.

Now add chopped ginger,green chilli,tomato wait for soften add spices.

Now put cut tori also mix well wait for soften
4

Off the flame when it get mix with tadka then it is ready.

Eat this with rice or chappati.
