Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2corn on the cobs
  2. 1 tbspmayonnaise (or vegan alternative)
  3. 1 clovegarlic, crushed
  4. 100 gparmesan (or vegan alternative)
  5. 1 handfulchopped coriander or other fresh green herb of choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the corns for a couple of minutes in a pan with some salted water.

  2. 2

    Mix the mayonnaise and garlic together to make an aioli.

  3. 3

    Lift the corns out of the water and place in the bowl with the aioli and coat all over.

  4. 4

    Pop the corns in a grill, on a griddle pan or bbq and cook until they start to go brown and the aioli starts to crisp.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with the cheese and herb and enjoy!
