Take a mixi jar

Add chopped cucumber, jaggery, shredded coconut, salt, cardamom powder, soaked raw rice.

Blend it. (Don't pour water and dont blend smoothly)

Add oil and onion to a pan and saute it for 2 minutes

Pour the cucumber mixture to the pan and leave to cook for 15 minutes in medium flame

After 15 min flip it to fry the top and keep it another 5 min.

Now the cucumber gatti is ready to eat.
