Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsChicken breast
  2. 2 tablespoonsLime juice
  3. 1 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  4. 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  5. 1 teaspoonGreen chilli paste
  6. 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  7. 2 tablespoonsOil
  8. 1 tablespoonChaat masala
  9. 1 teaspoonGaram masala
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 2 tablespoon Butter
  12. For filling:
  13. 2 tablespoonsFinely chopped bell peppers (red, green, yellow capsicum)
  14. 1/2 bowlGrated processed cheese
  15. 1 teaspoonFinely chopped green chilli
  16. 1 tablespoonFinely chopped coriander leaves
  17. 1 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  18. 1/2 teaspoonChaat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken breast in thin slices

    Now with the help of kitchen hammer beat it properly so that it expands

    Now in a mixing bowl put lime juice, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, oil, chaat masala, garam masala and salt

    Now in a mixing bowl put lime juice, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, oil, chaat masala, garam masala and sa

    In a mixing bowl put grated cheese, finely chopped bell peppers, black pepper powder, coriander leaves, green chilli, chaat masala and mix them.

    Now spread the sliced chicken and put the filling and roll it tightly. Roll all the sliced chicken

    Now in a wok put oil and butter together and put the chicken pinwheels and grill them till golden colour.

  8. 8

    Take the chicken pinwheels and cut them according to your shape.Here we have cut it diagonally

  9. 9

    Serve it with spicy chutney or sauce.
