Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsfresh Paneer
  2. 1 cupfresh Green Peas
  3. 1Capsicum(roughly chopped)
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  6. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  8. 2 tbspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. 1/4lemon
  11. 1 tbspsalt/to taste

  1. 1

    Dice Paneer into small cubes.Fry the paneer cubes in 1/2 tbsp oil.Keep them aside.

    To the same pan/kadhai add 1 1/2 tbsp oil.Add cumin seeds.As they start to crackle add all the dry spices.Add capsicum,Paneer and green peas to it.Add salt and mix well.

    Cover with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.Add garam masala.Squeeze 1/4 lime and mix well.Let it cook for a minute or two and then transfer to a serving bowl.Enjoy with hot chapatis.
