Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsWashed beans
  2. 4Scotch bonnet
  3. 2redbell peppers
  4. 1tspn salt
  5. 1egg
  6. 1big red onion
  7. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Ina bowl add ur chopped scotch bonnet,onion,redbell peppers and washed beans and mix

    Put in a blend and blend until super smooth and then add in ur egg and salt after u transfer the mixture into a separate washed bowl and bring in ur hand mixer and mix in speed

    After u beat and it becomes fluppy add oil to the pan and scoop wit a spoon to have a desire size and wait till its golden in colour and crispy.
