Grilled Kofta with Potatoes and Tzatziki Sauce

Finely chop the onion and parsley, then mix them with the ground beef. Add salt and the spices, and mix well.

Shape the kofta onto wooden skewers and arrange them in a baking dish.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, leaving the skins on, and cut each into four pieces.

Place the potatoes in the baking dish with the kofta skewers. Sprinkle with a little salt and drizzle some oil over the kofta and potatoes. Bake in the oven until cooked through.

Grate the cucumbers and squeeze out the excess water. Crush the garlic and mix it with the yogurt and cucumbers to make the tzatziki sauce.
