Ingredients

  • 4-5bread slices
  • 1/2 cupfresh malai / cream
  • 1chopped big tomato
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • as neededSome chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add malai and chopped tomatoes, all spices, green chillies, chopped coriander leaves mix it well

  2. 2

    Heat a pan and take a bread, spread the malai mixture. Put the heat pan and lightly pressed and turn it, roaste it untill crispy on slow flame.

  3. 3

    Now crispy tomato toast is ready fo serve with sauce and chutney...
