  • 2eggs
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2 sticksspring onion
  • 1 tablespoonroyco powder
  • 50 mlwater
  • 1 tablespoonC/oil
  • Pinchsalt

    Sautee onions add tomatoes and salt

  2. 2

    Let it cook for 2mins

  3. 3

    Dissolve royco in water add and bring to boil

  4. 4

    Beat eggs and add them as you stir gradually

  5. 5

    Keep stirring on low heat till the eggs are well cooked

  6. 6

    Enjoy
