Many people use uncook mince in wontons but I prefer and like cooked chicken.

In a chopper add mince, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, salt, sugar, black pepper, white pepper, chicken pwd, soya sauce, vinegar.

Choperize it well. Chopped onion and green chillies.

Heat oil 2 to 3 tbsp add your mixture add some water to cook.when cook dries well and add your chopped onion and green chillies. Bhunify it well.

Take wontons wrap put your masala, brush egg wash or flour mixture, now stick their sides in triangle shape.

Now stick their corners just as shown in pictures. Place in a tray for a while and now you can store in frezer up to 2 to 3 weeks.

Deep fry them when need, serve with ketchup.
