1/2kilo Beef
2medium Potatoes
1small Onion
1/2sachetTomato puree
1 pieceGreen bell
1 pieceRed pepper
2 piecesCarrots
2 tspSpices
1 tspSalt
1/4Oil
2 cubesMaggi

Steps

Wash, cut and cook the beef with spices, salt and water until tender. Then you peel some potatoes,cut and add to the beef.

Add the tomato puree,oil and chopped veggies.Let it cook for few minutes.

Your beef sauce is ready to serve with cous cous,rice or pasta.
