Ingredients

  1. Chicken mince half kg
  2. 1 tbspBlack paper
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. Chilli flake 1tbsn
  5. Basan 1tbsn
  6. 1Egg
  7. 1 tspChinese salt
  8. Corrindor powder 1tbsn
  9. For Garvey
  10. Caspicum 1(cube me Kat ly)
  11. Onion 1(cube me cut krly)
  12. 1 cupTomato pure
  13. Red chilli powder 1tespn
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. Oil to need
  16. Garlic 1tbsn(chopped)
  17. 3/4Red sabut mirch
  18. 2 tbspGarlic sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all of the ingredients in the chicken mince and marinate it for an 1 hour.

  2. 2

    After marinating chicken mince, make small balls out of it.You may fry and keep it aside.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, add chopped garlic,oil and red mirch in the pan.

  4. 4

    After 2 minutes, add all of the ingredients for gravey into that pan and you may sothe it.

  5. 5

    Now,add half cup water, capsicum and onions afterwards.

  6. 6

    After 5 min, switch off the stove.Also add chicken balls in it.

  7. 7

    Serve it including rice.
