2green chillies
somecoriander leaves
to tasteSalt
1/2 tbspred chilli
1/2 tbspgaram masala
1 pinchajwain
as requiredGhee for roast

Mash potatoes by adding salt red chilli green chillies coriander leaves.

Roll roti.

Stuff aloo mixture and roll it again now roast it from both sides.

Serve hot with green garlic chutney.
