Chicken Seekh Kabab

Here come's the simplest and soft chicken seekh kabab

Steps

Soak soya granules in hot water for 15 mins.then discard all it's water by pressing them and grind it.

Take chicken pieces into grinder grind little and add salt + pepper + all dry spices + khane Ka soda + grinded soya + coriander leaves again grind it very well.

Then remove in a bowl add grinded green chilli and 1/2 cup water mix well and add butter piece and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Grease your plams with water and take chicken mixture make seekh and grill them in grill pan on low flame by greasing oil till golden and completely cooked.

Serve the chicken Seekh with mint chutney.
