Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 3Potatoes chopped lengthwise
  2. 2 tbspChopped mint leaves
  3. 1 cupBesan
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. as neededOil to deep fry
  8. 2 tspJeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the potatoes lengthwise. Add in all ingredients except oil. Mix well. Add some water so that besan coats the potatoes. Add some oil in the mixture and mix well.

  2. 2

    Heat a kadhai and pour oil in it. Once the oil is heated add the potato wedges in it. Fry them till brown on both sides.serve with any sauce
