I really love tahini, and I used to crave a certain kind I ate back home. When I moved away, I couldn’t find the one I liked, so I started making it at home myself! 😋

In a bowl, combine the powdered sugar and powdered milk. Mix well until fully blended.

Add the vanilla extract and continue mixing.

Gradually add the tahini while kneading until a firm dough forms.

Press the mixture into a rectangular plastic container, smoothing and pressing it down with a wooden spoon.

Top with nuts and press them in gently (optional).

Refrigerate for 3 hours, then remove from the fridge. It’s ready to slice and serve.
