Mix ragi flour with water and salt.Switch on the stove and keep stirring.continuously.

Make sure no lumps form.Stir till it cook nicely.Wet your fingers with water and touch the ragi,if it doesn't stick on to your fingers it's perfect.Ragi is cooked nicely.Switch off.

Let it cool.Now take cooked ragi as much as you want add buttermilk and grind it in a mixie.Refrigerate and drink cool.
