Chicken fry

I made this crispy chicken fry for iftar. Very tasty recipe. #RamadanSpecial
Steps

First poke the chicken pieces with fork or knife.

Take a bowl add 1 cup water, salt, vinegar and merge all chicken pieces into it and leave it for 1 hour.

After one hour Remove the chicken pieces and wash it 3-4 times.

Now put the chicken pieces in another bowl and add all the listed ingredients in it and mix it well.

Marinate it for 3-4 hours or overnight.

Now in a pan heat oil on medium flame.

Drop the chicken pieces in it and fry for 2-3 minutes until it becomes golden brown.

Now take them out in a kitchen towel.

Now our crispy chicken fry is ready.
