Ingredients

  1. Suji 250 grm
  2. Sugar 250 grm
  3. Ghee 200 grm
  4. Water 500 grm
  5. Eggs 6 no
  6. 2 pinchesYellow food clr
  7. 2 tbsSugar
  8. Nuts yours choice

Cooking Instructions

    Mix eggs with yellow clr and sugar then heat 2 tbs Ghee and cook egg mixture till eggs crumbled and keep aside

    Heat remaining ghee in a pan add elaichi powder 1 tbs add suji sauté till golden then off the flame add sheera(250 grm Sugar cooked in 500 gram till sugar disoloved)add in suji and cook till bubble comes then add cooked eggs and nuts cover on low flame for 8 10 minutes and it's ready
