Steps

Into a sufurua heat 3 cups of water,into it add a little salt.

Then put the flour in a dry bowl. Add three spoons of frying oil and stir. Make a hole at the middle if the flour, now pour two cups of warm water and knead thoroughly till the dough becomes soft. In a cool place. Cover the Dough and let it rest for 10 minutes to soften.

Then roll the dough into a big circular shape, apply some frying oil on the top. cut small straight layers and model them into a ball shape.

Then start rolling each ball shaped dough into a circle shape. Now pre heat your frying pan to dry. Add a little oil on it.

Now start frying your circle dough. Fry till the bottom side becomes brownish. Turn the otherside to fry also. Now do the same procedure to the remaining dough.

Serve the chapati with any stew and enjoy.
