Steps

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Take a loaf pan and grease it well.
Sieve all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

In another bowl beat butter/oil and sugar till light and fluffy.
Add the orange zest and vanilla to the beaten mix.

Mix yogurt and orange juice together and add to the oil sugar mix
Now fold in the dry mixture slowly to the liquid mix of ingredients.

Add cranberries to the batter and mix lightly

Gently pour the cake batter into the loaf pan and bake at 180C degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Do the skewer test in the center to check if cake is done.

Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing.

Enjoy the freshly baked orange and cranberries cake with your coffee ☕️ or with a dollop of vanilla ice cream
