Add curd to dhokala flour. Mix nicely and afd required amount of water to make nice batter. Add fenugreek seeds and rest it for fermantation for 6-8 hours. Add chilli, garlic and ginger to corn and blend it once lightly into very coarse mix.

Once batter is fermented, add corn mix, salt and turmeric. Mix moving in one direction. Add fruit salt and bit of water and move it lightly in one direction. Transfer into greased plate. Sprinkle some chilli powder and steam it for 12-15 minutes.

Serve it hot with coriander chutney or chilli oil.. Happy eating..
