Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup:Wheat flour
  • 1/4 cupGhee
  • 1/4 cupjaggery
  • 1/2 tspcardamon Powder
  • 1/2 cupSweetened Whipped Cream
  • 2 tbspOrange Juice
  • 1/4 tspOrange Zest
  • 1/4 cupChocolate chips
  • 2 tbspcream cheese (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat 1/4 cup ghee in a pan, add 1/3 cup of whole wheat flour.

  2. 2

    Keep roasting until light brown and you have aroma of flour. Now let it cool down a bit.

  3. 3

    Add crumbled jaggery/jaggery sugar as per your taste. Add cardamon powder.

  4. 4

    Whip in 1/2 cup cream untill soft peaks. Add 2-3 tbsp Cream cheese and sugar and whip again.

  5. 5

    Now add 2 tbsp orange juice and zest of 1/2 orange and fold in gently.

  6. 6

    Now in a glass, fill layers of churma and orange mousse with chocolate chips in between.
    Serve chilled.
