Steps

Take all above mentioned masala and salt in a plate.

Mix it well.

Cut the tip of all bhindi and make a side cut in all bhindi as shown in next picture.

Now fill all these bhindi with prepared masala.

Now take a kadhai add oil. When oil is sufficiently hot add these bhindi to the kadhai, and cook for 10-15 min on medium to low flame. Your Bharwa Bhindi is ready to eat with poori or chapati. Happy Cooking!
