Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdiced papaya
  2. 1 cupdiced avocado
  3. 2 tablespoonshoney
  4. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  5. 1 cupice cubes
  6. 1/2 cupcold water

Cooking Instructions

    In a blender, place avocado, 1 tablespoon honey, lemon juice, 1/2 cup ice cubes, and 1/4 cup water.
    Purée until smooth.
    Set aside.

    Wash the blender and place the remaining ingredients.
    Purée until smooth.

  3. 3

    In a glass, pour the half of the avocado smoothie followed by the papaya smoothie.

  4. 4

    Serve and drink as a breakfast smoothie!
