Steps

Clean rose petals,grind in a blender into a smooth paste

Put sugar in vessel,cover with water,1\2" above sugar level

Let it boil,add little milk,it will clean sugar well.

Add rose petals paste,boil,till syrup is sticky but does not form thread
- 5
Switch off the flame sieve, add rose water and colour in hot syrup
- 6
Let it cool then store in bottles.
