  • 125 gbuckwheat/normal flour
  • 1banana
  • 1/2tps cinnamon
  • 2 scoopsprotein powder
  • 1egg
  • 175 mlalmond milk
  • 1 tbspcoconut oil

    Blitz all ingredients in blender

  2. 2

    Add a bit of coconut oil in frying pan over medium/high heat and add puddles of mixture to make pancakes
