Wash the chicken and add 1 cup water.

Add salt,red chilli powder and potatoes into the chicken

Add tikka masala,chaat masala and ginger garlic paste into the chicken,mix well.

Cook the chicken until the chicken becomes tender and water in the chicken is dried.

Put charcoal on the gas on high flame when it red hot then put the bowl into the vessel and add charcoal into them

Pour ghee on charcoal and close the lid of vessel.....close the lid for about 10 mins...chopped or shred the capsicum

When chicken perfectly smoked then mashed the potatoes and shred the chicken into the mixture and assemble the mixture

Make small tikki and add sliced cheese

Cover the cheese completely and give round shape

Make all tikkes like this.Deep the tikki into the egg and cover with bread crumbs...Deep fry it
