Ingredients

4to 5 serving
  1. Chana dal 500 grm
  2. Onion 2 medium
  3. Ginger garlic paste 2 tesp
  4. 2Tomato
  5. 5-6Green chillies
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tesp
  8. Turmeric powder half tesp
  9. Dhaniya powder 1 tesp
  10. Zeera powder half tesp
  11. Grammasala powder half tesp
  12. Dhnya podina for serving

    Boil chana dal first

    Now make masala heat oil in a pan add sliced onion and sauté till golden brown then add ginger garlic paste and sauté then add tomatoes cook till tender add 3 4 green chillies and saute

    Now add all seasonings and sauté well add a little water for masala then add boiled dal and fry in the end add hra dhaniya podina green chillies and serve hot
