Ingredients: 1/2 pints baby bella mushrooms (sliced); 3 tbsp white cooking wine or white wine of your choice; 1 tbsp butter; 1 tsp minced garlic; 1 pinch of dried parsley or a few pinches of fresh; 2 pinch of crushed red pepper flakes; 1 salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients

1/2 pintsbaby bella mushrooms (sliced)
3 tbspwhite cooking wine or white wine of your choice
1 tbspbutter
1 tspminced garlic
1 pinchof dried parsley or a few pinches of fresh
2 pinchof crushed red pepper flakes
1salt and pepper to taste

In a med sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted add sliced mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and red pepper flakes.

Saute 2-3 minutes, carefully add white wine and reduce. Saute until mushrooms are tender. About 4-5 more minutes.. Enjoy....
