  • 2onions
  • Pepper
  • 2-3 cupsstock
  • Salt

15 mins
  1. 1

    Shallow fry garlic,ginger,onions and tomatoes until soft and tender.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Then add the stock I used chicken stock.

    Cover and let it simmer for 5 mins.
