  • Kulfa packet 1
  • Bread slices 3
  • Almond chopped
  • Pistachios chopped

    Take a pot add 1 kg milk. Boil it 15 mint. Add kulfa mixture.

    And cook for 5 mint. Cool it.cut the sides of bread slices. Small pieces.

    Mix it. Take a blender jag add all mixture. Blend it 20 second.

    Take a mould add all mixture. Cover the plastic wrap. Freeze for overnight. After overnight remove the cover.

    Cut into pieces. And garnish almonds ND pistachios. Serve them.
