1 kgsteak
1 teaspoongarlic paste
1 teaspoonginger paste
1/2 teaspoongreen chilli paste
1 teaspoonbbq spice
1 teaspoonblack pepper
2 tablespoonsoya sauce
2 tablespoontomato sauce
1 tablespoonchilli sauce
1 teaspoonvinegar
1 tablespoonlemon juice
1small onion
As neededghee

Marinade the steak in garlic paste, ginger paste, green chilli paste, bbq spice, black pepper, soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, lemon juice for an hour.

Braise a chopped small onion in ghee. Add the marinaded steak..cook till done.
