In a bowl add ghee melted and icing sugar and beat it until fluffy and then set aside.

In a second bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix well.

Now take it out and ready to eat with hot tea 👍👌☕😉.

Now add ghee and sugar mixture in dry ingredients and mix it well until dugh forms now make small balls of it and press it down lightly. Now place it on baking tray and brush egg yolk and top with almonds like in the picture and bake it on preheated patila for 10-15 minutes.
