Ingredients

  1. Minced meat
  2. Perboiled rice
  3. Chopped onions
  4. Galic
  5. Scotch bonet
  6. Lil bit of safroon
  7. For d simple sallad (cress,tomato,oilive oil,black pepe,pickled
  8. Onions and venigrate

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix minced meat wit whole spices, salt and seasonings, add on egg, make ball shape,

  2. 2

    Put in oven to baked or grill, for 20mins remove and set aside to rest

  3. 3

    In a pan add oil scotch bonnet, onoions garlic, and stir, add safroon, add rice and alow to simmer for 5 minutes, add meat balls wit remaining grilled stock, stir and leave for 5 minutes.

    For d salad add all vegetables, add lemon and venigar, add picked onions,add sea salt and black pepe.

  5. 5

    Serve
