Firstly seive all dry ingredients(expect coco powder) with the help of a strainer and keep aside. Now take a bowl and put the sugar and oil in it and beat them. When the mixture gets fluffy then add milk and vanilla essence and mix it well.

Add all dry ingredients and mix it well and make a smooth batter and take another bowl and put half batter in the bowl and add coco powder in second bowl and mix it well. Now grease cake tin with butter and add 2 spoon white cake batter and put the 2 spoon chocolate cake batter on it and repeat this process again for 5-7 time and make a design with the help of a toothpick and bake it for 25-30 minutes in a kadai and cover it.

After 30 minutes take out cake and let it cool down and cut them and enjoy it.
