To start making, Mix all purpose flour, oil, warm milk, sugar, salt in a mixing bowl and form a dough. Cover it with a samp cloth and let it rest for 4 hours.

After 4 Hours. In a bowl take some oil and keep aside. (Used for brushing on the dough)

Divide the dough into equal portions.

Take a dough ball and spread it into a thin chappati. Brush oil all over evenly.

Now start creating pleats by folding with the help of fingers.

Roll the pleated dough. Make every dough ball the same way.

Cover the plate with samp cloth and set aside for 1 hour.

After 1 hour take the rolled dough and make paratha.

Heat a tawa. Place paratha over the pan and cook both side till golden brown by brushing either oil or ghee on both side.

Crush the paratha to form layers.

Serve hot with curry of your choice!!!
