Cooking Instructions

    For Chicken Marinate.

    Chicken mai salt,vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce, white pepper, red chìlli powder, red chìlli flacks, mustard paste, dal kar achi tarha mix kar k 2_3 hours k ley room temperature per marinade karein

    For Better Making.

    Ek bowl me 2 tbsp cornflour,maida 2 tbsp,milk powder 2 tbsp,baking powder 1/3tsp,red chìlli powder 1tsp,white pepper 1 tsp,salt as your taste,
    Chilli sauce 2tbs,thora sa pani dal kar thick sa batter bana lain.

    For Dry Mixture.

    Ek big bowl me maida 1/2kg,baking soda 1 tbsp dal kar mix kar lain.

    For Chicken Coding & frying.

    Sab se phely marinade chicken ko batter mai deep karein phir dry maida me phir cooled water me deep kark nikal len again dry maida waly mixture me code kar gram oil me fry kar len flame medium heat per ho.aur golden brown kar k nikal lain.
