Ingredients

  1. 1 glassrice
  2. 1 tspjeera
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 2 tspghee or vegetable oil
  5. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  6. 2galss water

Steps

    Heat ghee in cooker

  2. 2

    Soak rice for 10 minutes in water

  3. 3

    Now add jeera when it sprinkled

  4. 4

    Add rice and salt

  5. 5

    Now add black pepper mix it well

  6. 6

    Now add water

  7. 7

    Now close cooker for 1 whistle on high flame

  8. 8

    Your rice is ready

  9. 9

    Eat woth curd or any othee sabhi or daal
