Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMango pulp
  2. 1/2 cupSugar
  3. 1/2 tinCondensed milk
  4. 1/2 tbspElaichi powder / cardamom powder
  5. 1 cupSooji / semolina

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pan add white oil and ghee.add 1 cup sooji. Stir for 2 minute.

  2. 2

    Add water. Absorbed water.thick consistency.

  3. 3

    Add 1/2 cup of sugar

  4. 4

    Add mango pulps. And stir 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Add condensed milk. Stir consistency.

  6. 6

    Add elaichi powder

  7. 7

    Low flame for 5 minute

  8. 8

    Ready to servve our mango halwa recipe or mango barfi recipe or mango summer dessert recipe
