I made it without moin even then they turn out so crispy
Steps

Take 350gm maida, add salt to taste, 1/2tsp oil.Then knead it to a soft dough.

For filling,Heat 2 tsp oil in pan, add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, saute for 2-3 minutes.Then add chicken keema, salt and let it cook on slow till done.. Then add red chilli powder, garam masala, chicken masala. Let cool, add fresh coriander sprigs,,

Now divide kneaded dough in small portions, roll each them in chapati.Take one chapati brush a little oil on It, sprinkle maida on it then cover with other chapati repeat the process till 4 chapatis.

Now roll this set of 4 chapatis to thinner side then partly cook on both sides.

Similarly repeat the process till all the chapatis are done.

Take a set of chapatis, cut in 4-5 strips according to size of chapati..Separate the layers

Take 1 strip place the filling at one end start folding making the shape of samosa,at last stick the end with paste of maida.

Now fry them and serve hot.
