Steps

Fry the aubergine in a large pan then remove aside

Add the garlic, pepper and olives then return back the aubergine into the pan

Add pepper,cumin and salt

Prepare tahini sauce, 2 TBS tahini +,2tbs water+1tbs vinegar an half a lemon. Then add 2 spoons of yougurt

Serve as in the picture
