Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsprouts whole moong
  2. 1/2 cupsprouts black Gram
  3. 1Cucumber chopped
  4. 1Green Capsicum chopped
  5. 1Carrot chopped
  6. 1 tbspboiled Corn
  7. 1tomato chopped
  8. 2 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
  9. 5Mint leaves crushed
  10. 2green chilli chopped
  11. 1 " ginger grated
  12. 6curry leaves
  13. 1 tbsproasted barley flour
  14. 1 tbsproasted gram flour
  15. 1Lemon juice
  16. 1 tbspRaisin
  17. 1 tspcoarse black pepper
  18. to tasteBlack salt
  19. to tasteWhite salt
  20. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  21. 1 tspRed chilli flecks
  22. 1/2 tspOregano
  23. 1 tspmustard seeds
  24. 1 tspcumin seeds
  25. 1 pinchasafoetodia
  26. 1 tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a serving bowl add cucumber, carrot, both of sprouts, tomato, capsicum, boiled Corn,both roasted flour,roasted cumin powder, crushed mint leaves coriander leaves,black pepper, both of salt, Oregano, red chilli flack, raisin. Mix well.

    Take a tadka pan add olive oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds & asafoetodia and let them splutter. Add ginger green chilli & curry leaves.mix well. Switch off the gas.

    Now pour the tadka in Salad meal. Add lemon juice & mix nicely.

    Delicious and Nutritious ' Detox Salad meal ' is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
