2boiled potatoes
1 bowlboiled and shreaded chicken
1 tbspsalt
1 tbspgaram masala powder
1 bowlsevai or vermicelli
2 tbspchopped green chilli
1 tbspchilli flakes
1 tbspbutter
1egg
as requiredOil for frying
1 tbspdhaniya powder / coriader powder
50 gmpaneer

In a mix bowl, add boiled and shreaded chicken, boiled potatoes, green chilli, red chilli flakes, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder, butter and mix well

Shape the tikkis into rounds and make a small dent in the centre with your thumb to form the nest shape.

Now dip these in an egg and then coat in broken vermicelli at this point the tikkis should look like a nest.
Chill the bird nest for 15 mins

Now heat oil in a kadai and deep fry nest till golden brown

For eggs take a paneer great it and shape a small eggs, and deep fry eggs for 30 seconds

For the assembly take the bird nest add couples of leaves of fresh coriander and place 2small eggs over it.
Serve hot with ketchup and any chutney.
