2 cupsboiled githeri
2large onions sliced
oil to fry(2tb)
beef cube 1
salt and black pepper

Heat the oil in a saucepan then add the onions and saute for 3-5 min on low heat until soft.

Add the githeri, beef cube and season. stir to ensure all the ingredients mix well.

Add 1/2 cup water and simmer for 10 mins. serve hot.

Can be served with avocado on the side
