  1. Potatoes halfkg
  2. Yellow food colour
  3. 1 cupImmli souk water
  4. 2 tspGurh
  5. 1 tbspChat masala
  6. 1 tbspZera
  7. Oil halfcup
  8. 1 tspSabut dhaniya
  9. 1 tbspRed chilli flakes
  10. leavesMint
  11. Corriender
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. Water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil pealed potatoes adding salt and yellow food colour

  2. 2

    Then in a pan add oil and zera then add curry leaves

  3. 3

    Then add all spices and immli water when oil comes upward add potatoes and cook for few seconds

  4. 4

    Then serve with corriender and mint leaves garnish..
