  • 1 cupImmli soaked water
  • 2 tbspGurh
  • 1 tbspZeera
  • 1 tbspSabut dhaniya crushed
  • 1 tbspRed chilli flakes
  • Haldi powder halftsp
  • 1 tbspChat masala
  • leavesCurry
  • 1 tbspCornflour
  • For garnish
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 3Potatoes
  • 1-2Onions
  • Corriender
  • Oil halfcup
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil and curry leaves in oil then immil water and gurh stir it

  2. 2

    Then add all spices and salt

  3. 3

    Then add cornflour and water mixture

  4. 4

    Then add boiled cholai and mix

  5. 5

    Then garnish all above mentioned chopped ingredients and pour chat masala and serve..
