Add 1/2 flour and all yeast into bowl and mix

Add sugar and salt and mix

Add milk and egg and mix

Add the remaining half of flour and butter and mix and start kneading

Let the dough rise until doubled (around 1, 1 1/2 hours)

After risen, split dough into 8, roll into long pieces, and coil around sausages

Let rolls rest and rise once more

Stamp rolls onto sesame seeds and egg wash gently
- 9
Preheat oven to 200 C and bake for 10 - 12 minutes until light brown
