Add chopped green coriander, green chillies, onions and salt,red chilli powder garam masala and mash all the things together.

Knead dough while adding a pinch of salt.

Roll the dough with a rolling pin.

Add potato mixture.close it to roll again.
- 5
Cook it on griddle.
- 6
Add ghee or butter after it is cooked.
- 7
Serve with curd.
