Ingredients

  • 250 gmsokra, wiped clean
  • 1 tspeach chilli and coriander powder
  • to tasteSalt and Pepper
  • 1 tbspOlive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix together salt, pepper, chilli and coriander powder, slit okra and fill with the mixture, drizzle oil to coat the okra well, place on a baking tray, and roast at 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes turning once. Cool and serve.
